By accessing or using MEGA, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What MEGA is

MEGA / Make Earth Great Again is a satire media service with optional paid memberships, protected video content, member voting, and public Impact governance reporting.

MEGA is not a charity, foundation, political party, government body, news wire, or extremist movement.

Availability

MEGA is intended for users in countries where the service, its providers, and its features can be offered technically and legally. Availability is not promised in every jurisdiction and may be restricted where required.

Satire and parody disclaimer

MEGA content is parody, satire, commentary, and entertainment. It should not be interpreted as factual reporting, political instruction, or real-world operational guidance.

References to politicians, institutions, public figures, parties, or events do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or representation.

Membership access

Every active or trialing paid membership tier provides the same complete MEGA video catalog. Voting weight and other non-video benefits vary by tier and may evolve prospectively as the service develops.

User accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity carried out through your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared for abuse, or used to evade restrictions.

Prohibited behavior

Users may not use MEGA for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, hate, fraud, doxxing, spam, system interference, unauthorized access, voting manipulation, or coordination that violates our Community Rules.

Suspension and termination

MEGA may restrict features, invalidate manipulated votes, suspend an account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, security threats, payment abuse, or serious breaches of these terms or the Community Rules.

Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, remain unaffected.

Content ownership

Unless otherwise stated, MEGA owns or licenses the site design, brand, characters, audiovisual work, writing, graphics, software, and original content. Access does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.

Platform changes

MEGA may update content, features, access rules, tier benefits, voting systems, or these terms. Material production changes should be communicated through the site or account channel where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEGA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Final liability language, exclusions, governing law, and dispute terms require qualified legal review.
