Enforcement and context
MEGA HQ may invalidate manipulated votes, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when conduct threatens safety, legality, payment integrity, platform security, or the community.
Context matters. Satire and criticism are welcome; credible threats, targeted abuse, and operational harm are not protected by calling them a joke.
MEGA does not currently operate a general user-publishing or member-submission platform. If those features are introduced, their specific moderation and submission rules must be published before use.
