Monthly digital access
MEGA memberships provide monthly digital access to content, voting features, and member areas according to the selected tier. Access may begin shortly after successful payment and account verification in production.
Case-by-case review
Refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis. Approval may consider duplicate charges, technical access failures, billing errors, timing, use of member benefits, and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Cancel future renewals
Members may cancel future monthly renewals through the production customer portal once connected. Cancellation does not normally reverse a completed billing period, and access may continue until that period ends.
Abusive refund behavior
Repeated bad-faith refund claims, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to retain benefits without payment may lead to account review or restriction. Genuine mistakes and good-faith support requests will be handled respectfully.
