MEGA HQ finalizes each period. Paid members vote by tier.
For each period finalized by MEGA HQ, 10% of positive net eligible subscription revenue is set aside and rounded down. Eligible paid members vote on the approved project choices, and MEGA HQ then accepts or vetoes the winner under the published review process.

How It Works
From private room to public record.
Membership helps fund the pool. MEGA HQ prepares each period, members vote, and the public record follows the decisions and progress. Payments are handled separately.

MEGA HQ explicitly creates, reconciles, and finalizes an accounting period before its allocation is fixed.

Eligible paid members vote when MEGA HQ opens an Impact ballot. The tier and weight used for an accepted vote are preserved for that ballot.

What We Report
We publish the voting and review record needed for accountability while keeping private business and member information out of public reports.

Public governance record
We report published project details, combined results, veto outcomes, the final selection or carry-forward result, recorded progress, secure proof links, and later corrections shown separately.

Private business file
We do not expose the entire company finances, internal costs, or personal income.

No payout claim
The current application records accounting, governance, and execution status; it does not itself transfer Impact funds or prove that real-world work occurred.

Voting Power
Every paid tier has a voice. Higher tiers carry more weight.
When an Impact ballot is open, the first accepted vote stores the member's tier and weight for that ballot. Later tier changes do not alter that vote.

Eligible paid members decide through the same voting room.
MEGA HQ prepares and checks the project choices. Every eligible paid member votes through the same weighted ballot; higher tiers do not receive a separate shortlist or voting system.

Why MEGA HQ Keeps Final Review
MEGA HQ administrators may accept or veto the community winner using the published reason categories. The original result remains visible, and a veto can lead to one replacement ballot, a runoff if needed, or an amount carried into a later period.
