Monthly membership tiers
MEGA currently offers Supporter at €6 per month, Insider at €12 per month, Founding Circle at €30 per month, and High Council at €60 per month.
Every active or trialing paid tier provides the same complete MEGA video catalog. Supporter includes new member-only videos added regularly and the MEGA Members Telegram; Insider adds MEGA Weekly and its archive; Founding Circle adds rank status and 5% off eligible MEGA products and services; High Council adds 10% off eligible MEGA products and services and the Private High Council Room. Voting weights remain Supporter 1, Insider 2, Founding Circle 3, and High Council 4.
Renewal, cancellation, and access
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Members with a linked Stripe customer can use the account billing control to open the Stripe-hosted customer portal and cancel future renewals.
Cancellation does not normally end access immediately: verified membership access continues through the current paid period, then ends unless the subscription resumes or another payment is confirmed.
Tier changes
An upgrade is requested for immediate application through Stripe and may include Stripe-calculated proration. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid period so current-period access is not reduced early.
Membership status and tier benefits change only after payment is confirmed through Stripe and reflected in the member's account. Returning from Checkout does not by itself grant access.
No free trial
MEGA does not currently offer a free trial. A free account may access public materials but does not receive paid-member video or voting access.
Benefits may evolve
MEGA is an evolving media and member service. Content schedules, private materials, and community features may change prospectively. Material changes should be presented clearly before renewal where practical, and already-paid access for the current period will not be reduced solely because a future benefit changes, subject to lawful suspension, security, or service-protection measures.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case under the Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.
