REVIEWLEGAL PENDING
The community deserves proof that the pool exists and actions are executed. The entire business does not need to become a public spreadsheet.

How the pool is calculated

MEGA allocates 10% of net eligible subscription revenue to the MEGA Impact Pool.

Net eligible subscription revenue means subscription revenue remaining after payment processing fees, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, operational costs, and other necessary or reasonable adjustments. Final accounting treatment and jurisdiction-specific language require professional review before launch.

Voting and HQ review

Eligible members vote using the weight attached to their active tier. High Council members may help shortlist proposals, while the wider eligible membership decides the final community preference.

Every proposed and winning action must pass MEGA HQ review. The founder or designated HQ reviewers may veto, pause, replace, or return an action for safety, legality, brand integrity, feasibility, payment-provider rules, or platform compliance.
