REVIEWLEGAL PENDING
The community deserves proof of governance and accounting state without treating plans or progress records as proof of a completed payout.

How the pool is calculated

For an explicitly created and finalized accounting period, the allocation is 10% of positive finalized net eligible subscription revenue, rounded down to the smallest currency unit. A zero or negative amount produces a zero allocation, with applicable carry-forward preserved by the accounting rules.

Net eligible subscription revenue is calculated from confirmed subscription revenue and related payment records after eligible payment fees, refunds, disputes, taxes, chargebacks, approved adjustments, and amounts carried from earlier periods. This is not a promise to allocate 10% of gross revenue, and no period is created or finalized automatically merely because a month passes.

  • Recorded progress updates, secure proof links, and later corrections shown separately
  • Financial allocation remains withheld from current public reports

Voting and HQ review

Active or trialing paid members vote through the MEGA Voting Room. The first accepted vote preserves the member's tier and weight for that ballot: Supporter 1, Insider 2, Founding Circle 3, and High Council 4.

Higher tiers carry more responsibility and therefore more voting weight; the model is not presented as purchasing control over a payout.

MEGA HQ administrators prepare each Impact period and its eligible projects, open and close ballots, and may accept or veto a community winner under the published review process. A veto preserves the original result and may lead to one replacement ballot, a runoff if needed, or an amount carried into a later period.

Current execution boundary

The current MEGA application provides accounting, weighted governance, administrative review, and public reporting. It does not itself transfer Impact funds, pay a selected project, or execute real-world work.

A selected project, progress state, proof link, or public report is not evidence that payment or real-world execution occurred. Any future external execution must be separately authorized, lawfully performed, and reported only with accurate evidence.

Finalized accounting and voting history is preserved. Later corrections to published progress are recorded separately rather than replacing the original record.
